With the further easing of restrictions, from Monday 18th October, we will be making the following changes:
– We are happy to be able to have ONE person in the hospital per animal/consultation. We still ask that you call us on 48211966 when you are in the carpark and a team member will bring you through for your appointment. Consultations are still by appointment, so please call us to arrange an appointment.
– Please still call in advance to organise your pets’ medication or food. This gives us time to have it ready for you. When you arrive to collect it, a team member will let you in for payment.
– We will continue to keep the door locked and let people in once we are ready for their consultation or to process payment. This is so we can limit the number of people in the reception area.
– Masks will still be needed to be worn while in the hospital as per the NSW Health guidelines.
– You will still need to sign in using the QR code on the door. We will have a manual sign in for those who need it.
We are pleased to say that all of our staff are now fully vaccinated!
