Protect Your Cats Against Feline Parvovirus and Cat Flu During The Nationwide Feline Vaccine Shortage

Australia is currently facing a shortage of the yearly cat vaccination, known as the F3 vaccine. This vaccination covers Feline Calicivirus and Herpesvirus (commonly known as Cat Flu) and Feline Panleukopenia/Enteritis Virus (commonly known as Feline Parvovirus)

Currently we have F3 vaccinations in stock, and will be prioritising kittens, 1st adult vaccinations and adult cats going into boarding. Kittens are particularly susceptible. We have two types of adult cat vaccinations: Tricat (F3) and Ducat (calici and herpes, so cat flu only). Currently, we will have vaccine supply for all cats who need it 🐈

Watch out for the following symptoms of viral infectious diseases in your cats;

  • sneezing
  • nasal congestion
  • conjunctivitis
  • excessive blinking and/or squinting
  • discharge from the eyes and nose
  • lethargy
  • poor appetite
  • enlarged lymph nodes
  • vomiting
  • diarrhoea
  • ulcers on the tongue and eyes

Prevention through vaccination is advised. Contact us on 48211966 if you have any questions or concerns. You can book an appointment online through our website!
